5. Danfoss Manufacturer Warranty & Supply Conditions

Manufacturer Warranty: All Danfoss equipment quoted and supplied by Åland Drives & Controls is backed directly by the official standard manufacturer warranty provided by Danfoss, governed entirely by Danfoss’s standard warranty terms, durations, and diagnostic criteria.

Manufacturer Conditions: In addition to these Terms, the installation, commissioning, and continuous operation of Danfoss equipment must strictly comply with official Danfoss operating instructions, thermal requirements, line filter configurations, and certified wiring standards.

Warranty Claims & RMA Administration: In the event of an alleged manufacturing defect or hardware failure, Åland Drives & Controls assists the buyer in submitting factory claim documentation and return authorization (RMA) requests. The final determination of defects, warranty coverage, repair, or replacement rests exclusively with Danfoss technical inspection services.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranty protection does not apply to damage resulting from incorrect electrical connection, phase imbalance, inadequate cooling, corrosive atmospheres, improper parameter configuration, mechanical abuse, or unauthorized disassembly and modification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:
